Young Voices of Indianapolis is a non-profit community choral organization involving children and young adults in Kindergarten through 12th Grade from the greater Indianapolis area.

Our mission is focused on providing a superior choral music education with an emphasis on community outreach and service work. Our founding principles encourage members to use their gifts and talents to support the Indianapolis community and beyond through mission and community service projects.

Audition Requirements

Singers auditioning for the Concert Choir or the Encore Singers will be asked to sing one song for his or her audition. Singers will be asked to vocalize with the provided accompanist to check vocal range and rate pitch matching skills. Auditions will last 7-10 minutes. Though auditioning is a necessary part of Young Voices membership process, the purpose of the audition is not to intimidate. We work very hard to make the audition process as enjoyable and encouraging as possible.
